I have lived in Ann Arbor since 1982 with a brief 4 year stay in the Central Florida area. The change of weather was a great idea, but the mid-western traditions and values brought me back home.
Prior to real estate, I owned a full service Bookkeeing company called BookSmart, Inc. As I began dabbling in real estate in 1999, I found my true passion in life; working with people and helping them with their largest investment…their home. By 2001, I sold my Bookkeeping company and focused on real estate as a full time profession. When I moved to the Central Florida area, I expanded my real estate expertise and earned my Real Estate Broker’s License and opened Verandah Place Realty, LLC. Within 3 years, we became one of the top real estate companies in the area.
The “Fun in the Sun” couldn’t keep me from my Michigan roots and by 2008, I returned to the Ann Arbor area. After a much needed (and well deserved) rest, I couldn’t resist the temptation of returning to my original passion of real estate. So, now for my new chapter in life, I have opened a Mega Agent Office associated with Keller Williams Realty Ann Arbor. We have one of the best locations for our office which is 1300 South Main Street, which is directly across from The University of Michigan Football Stadium. Although we are in the shadows of “The Big House”, we have nicknamed our location as The LITTLE Big House.
